The Vacancy
Purpose of the Role
To ensure all admin tasks are completed to a high standard, to attend head office approx. 2 times a week or as and when required to print out documentation and post to DWP.
To carry out confirmation calls to claimants.
To complete all other admin tasks asked of you by the Admin and Reception Manager.
To cover site ensuring reception cover when required.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to travel across sites within an appropriate distance to cover staffing levels.
What we are looking for:
Understanding of the PIP process and the ability to understand processes.
Basic understanding of the Disability Act 2010 (aimed at/towards the PIP site)
Understand customers & their potential needs
System (Premex/IAS)
Creating/understanding basic MI
Administrational Experience
Office Environment Experience
Customer Facing Experience
Confident IT skill including Microsoft team.
Basic Problem Solving
Good Communication
Good level of Organisation
Filing/stock take & ordering experience
